Candidate for President-Elect

Kelly Hemenway holds a Bachelor’s degree is in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University and a Masters Degree in Education from University of North Texas. She also holds a certification in school counseling from Dallas Baptist University. Her teaching background in Plano and Frisco ranged from teaching reading to teaching employability skills to students with disabilities ages 5 to 21. She has also worked as a consultant with Region 10 Education Center where she developed workshops for teachers in the areas of behavior, reading, and transitioning students with disabilities. Her counseling experiences include special education counseling and high school counseling. She currently is employed with Lewisville ISD as a vocational counselor at Career Center East.
